The last time I told you about my unique trip to the Island of Ischia and the amazing L’Albergo della Regina Isabella, which is a real gem for architecture, glamorous atmosphere and style. They take special care in satisfying the different needs and tastes of its guests. The hotel offers its guests 3 restaurants, managed by Michelin-star Executive Chef Pasquale Palamaro.
The new Dolce Vita restaurant, where we had lunch and dinner, is an beautiful open terrace restaurant, which offers traditionell and creative dishes specializing in fresh seafood (which I really recommend) and typical products from all over Italy.
The Sporting restaurant, which has a beautiful sea view, offers fresh fish for lunch as well as typical Neapolitan buffet and healthy dishes.
The Indaco gourmet restaurant, which takes its name from the color of the sea in front of it, is an gourmet choice par excellence! It’s built in an enchanting setting overlooking the sea. The cuisine, mainly fish, includes Ischian and Indaco garden products.
At my last evening I made a real gourmet journey and had the honor to join the second Summer Dinner of the season, together with the other 5 influencers from Italy. This truly exclusive four-handed dinner, created by chef Pasquale Palamaro, took place at the 1 Michelin star restaurant Indaco. Host chef of this dinner was Denny Imbroisi, Head Chef of Ida, well-known from the French restaurant, named by Le Figaro as best “Chef Tri- colore in Paris”. After this evening, I got culinary spoiled at the highest level!!
