The Place Vendôme in Paris is a very special place for me. One of my most beautiful childhood memories took place there, as a matter of fact my 18th birthday. Back then my mum told me I could decide if I wanted to throw a big party, or if I wanted to go to Paris with her. Luckily I chose the Paris trip and we spent our time in the Ritz Hotel at the Place Vendôme. I was overwhelmed by the prettiness of the city, especially of this area. I had such an amazing time I would always remember – and since then I am a Parisian at heart.
Everytime I am coming back to the Place Vendôme I am thinking about the wonderful time I had there with my mother. This place is always a must go for me when visiting my favorite city! For this fashion week in Paris I styled a very classical and feminine look with a casual touch. My camel wool coat (a must have for every woman!) is so timeless but at the same time contemporary. The minimalistic clothing is an everyday piece and one of my favorites for this winter.
My white tie-neck blouse is also very classical and suitable for any occasion. The fabric is super light and soft. A tie-neck blouse is very diverse – my advice is to try out different ways of styling. For this look I didn’t tie the ribbon, but you can also tie it loose, with a big bowknot or even in the back. I love testing several ways of wearing one piece, what about you?
The khaki pants wit patch pockets is the casual and sporty touch of this outfit. They are so comfortable and great to mix with elegant pieces. As they are slim, they look amazing with high heels, too! All mentioned items are by Marc Aurel and so is also the cool hat– it such a nice brand for feminine and cool pieces!
My accessories are elegant and fashionable. The trendy slippers by Gucci with fur are perfect for sunny autumn days. My small black Fendi bag and my IWC Pilot’s watch are great for a chic detailing, which is essential for a Parisian look!
There is no place such as the Place Vendôme for me in Paris. Do you have a favorite place based on a memory as well?
