Polka dots are very feminine, classic and well known in the fashion scene. It is a pattern that always returns. You can find this timeless design on almost every piece – tops, skirts and dresses, jackets or accessories. The circles are mostly large in size and repeated regularly on a fabric. There are different colorways, but the most popular one is black and white.
I love this season between autumn and winter. It is getting colder outside, it darkens earlier and you want to be dressed cozy and warm. But this doesn’t mean that you have to give up on cool and fashionable looks. My combination of Polka dots, leather pants and faux fur is a great way to style a feminine and cool, but also cozy look for the cold weather.
My Steffen Schraut blouse is a classic Polka dot shirt in black with white circles. The fit is really nice due to the loose and modern cut as well as the light fabric. I especially like the pleated detail in the back. My advice is to wear the long shirt with a short jacket in autumn to underline the Polka dots. I am wearing my white faux fur, also by Steffen Schraut, in combination with the patterned shirt.
My Tigha bell-bottoms in black leather are very unique. The style is flirty and the perfect opposite for the girlish Polka dot print. The fabric is elastic and therefor super soft and comfortable. The flared pants are high waist and shape the butt perfectly!
I adore the opposed styling of the girlish Polka dot and the sexy leather fabric – and the faux fur coat is the perfect mix of fashion and coziness for the coming cold days!
