From Miami to Sankt Moritz in Switzerland – from sunny and warm days to a cozy and cold atmosphere within two days. I went to St. Moritz to attend two events; first I’ve been at the new IWC store which just opened a week ago and second I visited the amazing inauguration of Heinz Mack’s “The sky over nine columns”. I spent the weekend with my friends in Sankt Moritz and had such a great time there!
In general I am definitely more of a summer person. I adore warm summer breezes and the beach, but from time to time I also need mountains and winter days. St. Moritz is very special to me and I’ve spent several winters here already. The photos were taken at Lake St. Moritz, which is one of my favorite locations there.
The alpine village is 1,856 meters above sea level and it has a unique charm – to me it is just absolutely adorable and stunning. For my St. Moritz trip I dressed up in a chic Marc Cain winter look. My jeans, the turtleneck, the coat as well as the hat and scarf are by Marc Cain – I really adore the new collection! The colors are very soft and feminine; I am wearing pieces in shades of rosé, nude and grey.
I especially fell in love with the amazing coat. It is knee-long – the perfect length for cold winter days – and super soft. The cut is straight so that it is easy to fit sweaters underneath. My other favorite is the big rosé-colored hat. The color is really great to combine with several colors; you can wear it with grey, beige, black or brown pieces. And a hat is always a great accessory to spice up outfits.
My Marc Cain pieces are very feminine and elegant – and the quality is just amazing! They look great in combination, but can be worn separated with different styles as well. The coat for instance looks really great with destroyed jeans or even sportier with sneakers – I think you can find any style in this collection.
I wish you all a Merry Xmas!!!
