I immediately fell in love with this colorful outfit by Peter Pilotto from APROPOS – The Concept Store. During my trip to Florence it goes perfectly with the colorful temper of the Italian people. As you know I really enjoy wearing colors – they always brighten up the mood. This colorful and powerful look transfers a warm and positive summer feeling to the city. I
I am wearing an off-the-shoulder embroidered cotton-poplin blouse with a folkloric touch by the designer Peter Pilotto. I really like the sexy free shoulders the blouse allows to show. Matching the blouse is this beautiful asymmetric midi hem skirt held in three wonderful and strong colors. Bright blue, baby pink and bright orange – designed in strong and wide stripes and picking up the colors of this amazing blouse. I feel like a blooming flower and the skirt makes me want to dance on the streets, letting this wonderful fabric swing with me.
I chose not to wear any jewellery with this outfit, it is so strong and the big sleeves are attention enough. I am wearing my hair down so it can swing with the skirt and fall loosely over my bare shoulders. The bag matching this look is a pink leather bag by Fendi, embellished with colorful pyramid studs, adding colorful elements to the skirt and blouse.
Shoes wise you can choose high heels or you can just as well style the outfit with flat sandals if you want to keep it more casual and allow a little pause to your feet 😉
One of my favorite shoes out of my collection is the Chiara Butterfly sandal by Sophia Webster, it is the perfect finish for me to the Peter Pilotto combination from APROPOS. It picks up the free spirit of the flying fabrics with the butterfly element. Come and fly with me on my journey.
