Karl in Paris! A designer who cannot miss in the city during Paris Fashion Week is Karl Lagerfeld. He is known as one of the most influential designers of our time and his resume is incredibly diverse. Having worked for so many grand labels such as Chanel, Chloé and Fendi he is a star in the industry and his creativity is infinitely. Karl Lagerfeld founded different own labels since the beginning of the 80`s and his range goes from clothing to perfume. And as if it wouldn’t be enough he also established as a great photographer, publisher and film director.
I am very fond of the K Karl Lagerfeld collection showing his ultramodern and highly structured style – like in this cool K/Signature clutch bag. This bag is a fashion piece that you can wear with any style. It is so simply held in its form and design and the gold application of Karl Lagerfeld’s personal signature gives it this glamorous touch. You can wear it with a casual look or easily with an evening outfit or even give your business look a stylish touch.
I chose to wear it with a casual chic look, made up of my pink Gucci blouse, a slightly transparent piece that is decorated with a big blooming flower around the neck. My light blue Levi’s 501 skinny Jeans with button fly in the classic five-pocket design break up the chic look and are a ultimate everyday piece.
The leather jacket by Pearl And Rubies completes my style mix in this outfit. Leather jackets in general shouldn’t be missing in your collection. They are cool and you can find them in so many different styles and types of leather and they basically go with everything. I like the yellow details, giving the jacket an impression of a blazer.
Checking out the city during Paris Fashion Week the French brand Christian Louboutin is a must. The pink pumps by the designer go perfectly with the blouse and finish up my look.
During my visit in Paris I was invited to the beautiful Karl Lagerfeld Showroom in the Rue Saint-Guillaume to see the great FW17/18 collection. I was welcomed so friendly in the world of Karl in Paris 😉
