Starting the day with a sleepwear to daywear look it makes it much easier to get out of bed in the morning. The new fashion trend is elegant and comfortable and you are dressed up in no time. And not only for a casual thing but also for a fancy meeting, or for a window-shopping tour and brunch with your friends. Or simply because you are in the mood for wearing it.
The inspiration for this look is drawn from the good old pajama, which – if we are honest –
we all love to wear at night when nobody is looking. But to come back to my outfit, this is a really chic daywear outfit and it has nothing to do with the good old pajama.
This model is from Zara, with a matching jacket and culotte, held in black with a beautiful rose bird print. The jacket comes with a contrasting sash belt and a lapel collar. I like to roll up the long sleeves a bit as a little extra detail. The culottes are cut loose and they go to the ankle and fall nice and loose around the leg.
Picking up the rose tone of the birds in my outfit I am carrying a bag from Chloé, accented with gold-toned hardware for an extra touch of designer-luxe. The Drew cross-body bag by the Parisian brand brings an effortlessly chic style to the entire look.
To go with it perfectly I picked out my nude lacquer pumps by another parisan artist, Christian Louboutin. Being surrounded by so many designers from Paris of course Chanel cannot be missing, and I wearing a cap out of their collection.
To complete the look I put on my Chloé sunglasses, an accessory for a bright day.
Wearing this sleepwear to daywear outfit I surely do not want to go to bed, but I want to show off this new style.
