The leather coat always offers an edgy twist to a bulky outdoor look – much cooler than an everyday pea coat, for example. And whether faux or real, it can easily transform your outfit, even when the temperatures begin to warm up during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin.

This beautiful leather coat is from Riani, a traditional German label from Schorndorf, Baden-Württemberg. The founder Jürgen Buckenmaier started his success story with his famous so called ‘Bucki’ trousers in the late 60’s. Throughout the years, the company developed into a highly recognized fashion brand, selling their wonderful designs internationally.

I personally love the clean and ladylike style of Riani such as the exclusive materials that are used for their designs. The cuts compliment my silhouette perfectly and the elegant looks always fit into my wardrobe. This cool leather coat by Riani in cognac is one of my latest must-haves. Slipping into this timeless piece I am dressed in no time. The narrow and blazer style cut is very elegant but cool. Here I styled it with a casual outfit: a round neck pullover from Riani with a ‘BAM’ comic statement print. Full of sequins it’s a fun eye-catcher shining out under the leather coat.

My dark blue jeans is the slim-fit Wedgie Icon fit model by Levis. The strong blue is such a great combination with the cognac coat. Matching the colors, I picked out my cognac So Kate high heels from Christian Louboutin. The elegant shoe perfects my mix of different cool styles. To add some more color, I am wearing my Chanel boy bag in metallic pink. A great accessory to style with a clean look because it stands out in the metallic optic. To pull your look together, you combine it with a pair of big sunglasses like mine from Gucci.

The leather coat by Riani is a perfect piece for the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin and in general when I travel. You are dressed immediately and it looks great no matter if you wear it with casual jeans, a straight business look or a sweet white summer dress – try it out and enjoy!
