Oversized sleeves are big this season – not only in their cut – and you can see them all over the place. No matter if in a blouse, a shirt or a dress, this kind of design works with all of the pieces and they present a nice new style in the fashion world. A simple shirt immediately looks much more elegant and adds a very cute touch to it as well.

In order to present this trend to you I slipped into a beautiful dark blue dress by the designer Steffen Schraut from my hometown Düsseldorf. It combines two cool trends, offering oversized sleeves and a tie-neck blouse that I am wearing underneath. The dress reminds me a little bit of a cute school uniform from a British boarding school.

The dress from Steffen Schraut is yet again a great piece that can be worn by any woman that likes the style. He is known to create fashion pieces for every type of lady who is comfortable in her individual size. I love the variety of styles he offers and that everything is so wearable.

The oversized sleeves in this design have little metal beads stitched around the lining, a cool little highlight that breaks up the clean look. Underneath the dress I am wearing a white blouse by Steffen Schraut with the before mentioned tie-neck blouse. The big white tie falls so nicely around the neck and gives the entire outfit a cool eye-catcher.

On my feet you can see me wearing my new baroque Fendi sock-boots in black and white. I love these boots, they look so elegant and they compliment the feet perfectly with their tight cut. The blue and white stripes remind me of a marine look and the colors match the outfit.

My bag is the Chanel 2.55 in white leather with black pearls. The modern pattern is a cool contrast to the clean and chic look. To round up a new trend I put on my Chanel tweed cap, adding a little French touch to the style.

I really like the oversized sleeves fashion, not only in this dress but also in many other outfits – the change in designs is what makes it all so exciting and fun, try for yourself!
