OFF-White is a beautiful fashion label founded by Virgil Abloh in 2013, offering a design mix of haute couture and street style. The designer and DJ always had the intention to find the perfect gap between the two style directions and in my opinion he absolutely succeeds. The direction is perfect for nowadays free and open-minded style mixes, for our culture and the overall taste in the fashion world. Virgil Abloh offers fashion and other lifestyle products as well – and all his collections are produced to meet the taste of today – in a concept that adapts from season to season. The goodies are manufactured in Milan, offering high quality production and materials. All in all a wonderful young brand that embraces the here and now in a very sophisticated manner.
I personally love the young and fresh attitude and the fashion meets my style and taste, always offering cool and interesting new fashion pieces.
This is my latest acquisition from OFF-WHITE, a lovely asymmetric layered silk dress in a beautiful shiny green tone. The cut is so elegant, being modern and classic at the same time – just as being elegant and sexy. I love the layered fabric style, it makes the entire dress more glamorous and it looks like a little piece of art. The long cut on one side – the asymmetric design – offers a great mix of an elegant evening robe on one side and a mini cocktail dress on the other side. I really enjoy showing a bit of leg here and there but I also totally enjoy the elegant gown style.
For my personal style mix I am carrying a basket bag from Sensi Studio with a big black bow tied around the handle. You all know how much I enjoy mixing up new trends and different kind of style directions and these items are perfect to follow my passion. The rest of the outfit I like to keep quiet since the dress is a very beautiful piece that doesn’t need too much distraction.
Therefore I slipped into my black pumps from Christian Louboutin, a perfect shoe that matches so many outfits in a calm and elegant manner.
