The brand Marchesa Notte belongs to the beautiful Marchesa family and has its own special little handwriting – but derives from the same inspiration as the main line. The main line Marchesa is based in New York City and is famous for its high-end womenswear.
The label was founded by Georgina Chapman and. Keren Craig in 2004 and I cannot imagine the fashion world without their creations anymore.

They have this beautiful luxury touch using embroideries, beads and fabrics inspired from the Indian culture. Notte has its own little personality, it has a little playful touch to it and the price is bit more accessible for your wallet! I think the pieces are full of fantasy and they transfer something romantic and beautiful. What more can a woman ask for?

This beautiful dress you can see me wearing is a corded lace and brocade gown in a lovely mix of black, midnight blue and gold by Marchesa Notte. This floral design unites all pretty details that the brand stands for. In the darker tones it also gets a very elegant touch and picks up perfectly with the cuteness. I love the swinging skirt that dances around my legs when I am moving. This gown is not strictly made for the night though, so you can wear it for more occasions. As always it depends on the right styling around it.

I chose to wear it in a casual way in order to show you more varieties. On top I slipped into a trucker denim jacket by Levi’s to break up the style of the dress completely. I personally think that denim always works and here it gives the outfit a cool touch. Perfect to wear on a stroll through the city or to meet my girls for coffee. The black Dorothee Schumacher waist belt keeps the jacket together and a tight waist looks better with the wide skirt.

My shoes are the black Nosy t-bar sandal pumps from Christian Louboutin with a studded strap. I love to add a little rock glam to this style mix with them.

The bracelet is handmade of rose gold fleur de lis by Coerlys, a beautiful little accessory that matches my style. Just as my Chanel clutch in gold to complete my look.

Marchesa Notte is a wonderful label that spreads Indian charm and happiness – and for sure makes every lady shine a bit more – get your own and shine along!
