A Balmain Blazer is a very stylish item. With its shiny uniform-like buttons and clean cut it stands out, accentuates the body shape and gives you that daring and elegant allure. However, when chosen in one of the new pastel tones it underlines your femininity even more. I could hardly decide between the Balmain Blazer in mint or lavender, but then I chose the latter.
In this look you can see me wearing this amazing Balmain Blazer with a mauve colored Balmain print t-shirt. I love the subtle harmony between the two light shades. Thanks to the placed print, the blue high rise Citizens of Humanity denim and the multicolored Cinestripes pumps from Christian Louboutin, this outfit is not overly girly or sweet, but sophisticated and stylish. I completed the ensemble with my silver colored Chanel flap bag, which matches the buttons of the blazer perfectly!
Styled like this I’m ready for a casual business meeting as well as for cocktails with the girls. It’s a great day-to-night combination and that’s the kind of wardrobe one should always keep; as I’ve already pointed out a businesswoman needs various outfit options to brighten up the day and to feel comfortable and fabulous!
Surely, the Balmain Blazer look also works with sandals and a feminine skirt. As it’s a trendy topic right now, I would advise to opt for at least medium skirt length and a satin-like material. Luckily, there are so many lovely options and colors to chose from.
If you like to experiment in a more casual direction you can also try to integrate your favorite pair of sneakers into this outfit and see how this transforms the Balmain Blazer look entirely.
