The safari look is a classic and it never disappears from the fashion scene. It has something adventurous about it and it simply looks cool. And not only on a safari in a national park in Africa, the style is seen worldwide in the designer’s collections and on the streets. The positive thing to it – next to looking great – is that you can wear a safari outfit for business, for a fun shopping tour or a fancy lunch with the ladies. It has something sporty about it, but it can also be elegant at the same time.
Just like my style you can see me wearing here. I chose wide cut khaki pants from Steffen Schraut with an ankle length. The cut gets wider down the leg and I love how it is rolled up on the bottom. The pants swing around the leg and make the trousers more elegant. The matching jacket by Steffen Schraut is in khaki with a blue collar and stripes in blue and white around the sleeve. It has a nice short cut, which is important over wide cut pants. The designer Steffen Schraut from Düsseldorf is known for his versatile fashion, starting with casual everyday wear and going up to most elegant evening wear. In his collections he also has beautiful accessories and you can see the love in the details. The wide range meets every woman’s taste and the styles are cut for all shapes. You will for sure always look amazing in your favorite piece.
Under the jacket I am wearing a denim shirt by Bella Dahl that I tucked into the pants. Just like with the jacket, along with the pants you have to keep it short on the top, not overlapping your khakis.
To go along with my shirt I chose to wear my So Kate pumps from Christian Louboutin in denim. A cool pair of pumps, I really like the choice of fabric, a change in style once in a while and great to combine. For a little color I am carrying the Chanel 2.55 bag in red, blue and yellow with the golden logo buckle. The classic shape of the bag looks amazing in the different colors and it’s fun to carry.
For this classic look I chose my Ray Ban sunglasses.
The safari look is not only a classic, it is also a cool fashion style that works on my personal safari tours through any city around the world – try the look and bring out your wild side.
