Metallic fashion is a big trend again right now, you can see it sparkling all over the fashion world these days. I love this style deriving from the 80’s and always popping up again. In the right combination it looks very stylish and elegant but you can also go for a crazy club styling with this trend. It shines wherever you go and especially under a good light the style comes out very nicely.
You do have to be a friend of attention because wearing pieces in the metallic fashion, you will have a lot of attention on you, they are a real eye-catcher. I went for a complete shiny look here, but of course you can also choose single pieces and style them with more quiet outfits. It is always your choice so you don’t have to miss out on any trend – just hit it off in the way you feel most comfortable and enjoy yourself.
To start off I am wearing the crinkled Alby laminated jacket from Sies Marjan. The light purple pinkish color in the crinkled style is super cute and sends out little flashes in the sun. It looks great with the shiny details you can see in this image but it also looks cool with a pair of denims and a simple white t-shirt. I chose more shiny details, styling it with this amazing pleated metallic skirt from ROQA in turquoise. It shines with every step I take – you can lose your eyes in it like in a sparkling turquoise ocean.
Under the jacket I slipped into this cute white logo print Gucci t-shirt, the print is also in a shiny print – all matching this flashy outfit. Again, each hot piece can easily be worn with a casual and clean piece. I would go for jeans material or clean white pieces for example.
Don’t we all love the colors of a rainbow? I have them all combined in these lovely So Kate Suede Stripyglitter pumps from Christian Louboutin. What an amazing shoe – sparkling around the foot. For more sunshine I am carrying the gold Chanel boy bag, a fun accessory for so many fun occasions. For so many shiny details sunglasses are a must – I put on my Audrey sunglasses from Céline.
Metallic fashion is a trend that will always pop up again when you think you just forgot about it – timeless and fun, so be sure to get your shiny outfit!
