The office style is essential for every business woman, like I am myself – we all want to be dressed appropriately for our job, but at the same time we want to look fashionable and great. Thank god the fashion scene has developed so many amazing styles around suit combinations, so we have quite a big selection from which we can choose from. There are elegant trousers and blazers that can be matched, or swop the pants against a cool pencil skirt for example. Nowadays there are a lot of businesses that have a looser policy regarding the dress code, so the blazer and shirt is not always mandatory. And a fancy skirt worn with a cool sweater, or a nice pair of jeans with a blazer are absolutely appropriate to hit off a great office style.
To start off with my personal office style for this look you can see me wearing a brown fitted suede leather skirt from Arma. I love the pencil skirt shape and the smooth leather around my body. The cut is tight, so I advise to wear something loose on top, in order to have a good contrast between the top and the bottom. You can wear it with a white blouse for example or go on with your office style with a lovely sweater, like you can see me doing in this story.
The loose knit sweater from Sminfinity is held in a lighter beige tone, that harmonizes wonderfully with my skirt and the rest of the look. I like to tuck it in, so you can see more of the silhouette and of the suede piece. The arms cropped up also give the styling a little easy touch.
My shoes are also in the matching tone, my lovely So Kate pumps from Christian Louboutin in cognac. These heels are a great shoe to have, they look amazing with blue jeans and with a cool skirt. The color is special and so pretty and rounds up my office style perfectly.
For a day in the office and the time in between every lady needs her handbag – as in every situation in life 😉 – and this Gucci backpack with the signature GG logo is a great companion for a busy and stylish day. This timeless piece goes with so many fun looks and always adds a little cool touch.
My sunglasses are the Céline shadow, the perfect finish to this outfit. And sunglasses are an all-day essential, no matter if you are heading to a business meeting or to the beach.
The office style is fun to play with and as I explained earlier, there are so many options to find your perfect styling – just match it to your office code and to your mood – you will always look amazing and rock the day.
