No wardrobe is complete without a classic black pencil skirt. This length and shape of skirt which its slim silhouette, is a flawless day-to-night piece. Wear it to work with point-toe flats and out at night with seductive heels. My black pencil skirt is crafted from stretch leather to a sleek pencil shape that sits high on the waist and ends at the knees. I wear it with my Christian Louboutin’s ‚So Kate‘ 120 pumps which are defined by their flattering pointed toe and vertiginous pin-thin heel. This pair is made out of high-shine black and white patent-leather with a yellow heel. Atop I wear a light blue silk blouse from Equipment. In combination with my black lace bra from La Perla, and the kind of wearing the shirt over the shoulder makes the whole look more sexy and tempting. The sportive reversible bomber jacket from Topshop plays the whole outfit a bit down and makes it a little bit more ordinary. A quick shoe change is all it takes to transition from work to play. Some high heels from 9 to 5, and glittering sandals into the night. Above I like to mix the pencil skirt also with a sweater or T-Shirt and a longer egg shaped coat over the shoulder. Could be also nice together with some sneakers. My Chanel Lego Brique Bag in black and white reminds of a barcode which matches perfectly together with my high heels in the same color. At the end it’s all about the tiny little details. What is your view? Does everybody really needs a pencil skirt in his wardrobe? Or is your closet also complete without one??
