With this stunning trenchcoat dress the designer duo Talbot Runhof created a little masterpiece in my opinion. It is so much more than a trenchcoat dress, it is an evening gown and a classic trenchcoat – just much more glamorous – at the same time. This fashion piece is timeless and cannot miss in any ladies closet.

Here you can see me wearing it all by itself, not needing any extra styling to go with it. Except for the accessories of course. The trenchcoat dress in white with golden buttons and waisted with a belt fits perfectly and has a very feminine and high fashion appearance.

But this is not all the dress has to offer. You can easily wear it open, covering so many different styles. I would also wear it for example with distressed jeans and a light blouse and put on some of my Chanel pearls with it. Or with shorts and a t-shirt, adding a casual style to the fancy dress. Even sneakers would go great with the open version.

With the coat I am carrying my Chanel box clutch in gold – as seen on Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) in Sex and the City 2. The golden piece lights up with the gold buttons of the coat. The sunglasses are from Les Specs, a fashion item I always carry with me. No matter if the sun is shining or the day is blurry – sunglasses are always a good idea.

All in all I am a big fan of this look. It is so elegant and so multiply usable.

While I am writing to you about it I am thinking of all these different occasions and all the different stylings I will experience with that lovely trenchcoat dress.
