Linen chic is a style that I like a lot – as you can see in all my different looks I love to dress up elegantly but I really enjoy a casual chic look once in a while as well. Everyday it is all about what is on my calendar! I will always find a style that is most appropriate for my different tasks during a busy day or for a nice evening out.

Linen is a great summer fabric, it is light and easy and it works for a lot of clothing pieces. For me it somehow spreads holiday vibes. I don’t know what it is, but something about the material makes me think of a wonderful trip to the south. What is also a great benefit to wearing linen, is that it feels really nice on your skin, no matter how hot it is. It will not stick to your body and it can wrinkle in a way without looking shabby.

You can probably find everything made of linen, a cool pair of trousers, a skirt, a jacket or just a simple t-shirt – so wherever you are in the heat – there is an appropriate piece you can slip into.

I also think it’s a perfect fabric to wear to the office for example on warmer days, or to an important business lunch. As my outfit in this image shows you, there are very stylish and elegant combinations that are trendy and chic.

This linen chic outfit is from my lovely friend and designer Steffen Schraut. I love to wear his fashion, he manages to create wonderful pieces every season, always meeting every ladies taste. It’s the diversity he offers and the perfectionized cuts that will fit every woman. You can find outfits or pieces from casual up to high fashion, so whenever you are looking for something to wear don’t forget to check out his styles. This linen blazer from Steffen Schraut has a fringed hemline and the style is held in a kind of denim optic. The high waist pleated skirt from the same collection also has this cool fringed hemline. Together with a white blouse from the designer, I found a perfect look that is suitable for any business meeting or a lovely shopping day in a fashion metropolis.

For some color I am carrying my 2.55 Chanel bag in multicolor. I love this accessory piece, it also spreads summer color and happiness. My high heel sandals are from Christian Louboutin, with fruit motifs. The satin bow that ties around the ankle give the shoe a cute little extra touch – a great model that sweetens up any look. A summer look cannot work without a pair of sunglasses, I added my brown Chanel sunglasses with pearls on the side.

The linen chic style is one of my summer favorites, it works casually or elegant, like I presented it here  – go and find your favorite piece, maybe I could inspire you a bit!
