A Balmain Costume is certainly a thing that I really like to have within my fashion collection. The brand has a beautiful history, they are a highly recognized traditional Parisian fashion house that enjoys a great position in the fashion world. Balmain designed for the world’s most famous actresses, such as Brigitte Bardot, Marlene Dietrich or Audrey Hepburn – just to name a few of them. The style is unique and made for classy ladies and I love the elegant, yet innovative style.

I think there is always a great occasion to dress up – even if nothing special is going on, just to celebrate your life as a strong and independent woman. You all write your own stories in life, no matter if you are a famous actress, a business lady or a loving mom – or a combination of all of them.

This very chic and classic costume by Balmain in white is a wonderful ensemble for any occasion. I think you can wear it for work, for a ladies lunch, a shopping tour through the city. Or for an after work drink with your colleagues after a long day in the office. It is classy and timeless and being so elegant and fine, it still has a laid back touch to it. I love the cotton tweed material, it ads this special elegance to the outfit. Just as the gold-tone metal buttons that decorate the front of the skirt and of the jacket. Lovely shiny elements on a classic piece.

Under the jacket I am wearing a simple but chic white silk top from Jadicted. It goes along perfectly with the white theme.

For more shiny gold I put on my Chanel vintage necklace and bracelet, they are a great accessory that will compliment any outfit. They can go with a fancy costume like the Balmain costume I am wearing or just wear them with a cool denim outfit.

My So Kate Loubitag heels are from Christian Louboutin with colorful graffiti details on them. A lovely shoe to make a little difference in your outfit.

A Balmain costume is something special and a style I really enjoy wearing – I love the ladylike and elegant way – try it out and enjoy it.
