Pink Blazer – a fashion trend that is almost inevitable when browsing latest fashion magazines and platforms. No matter which brand is your brand of choice one thing is certain – understatement and subtleness are no attributes that describe this new trend piece. And I have to admit that I really love the fact that the pink blazer trend hit both high fashion and fast fashion in the blink of an eye and it took my heart by storm as well. As a big fan of the blazer itself I want to show you four different pink blazer looks and by doing so give you some inspiration on how to combine this colourful it piece.
From my point of view there are two ways of wearing a pink blazer: Either you combine it with white or black garments or you go all in and for a total head-to-toe pink look.
On warm summer days I really enjoy wearing straw hats and sometimes even dare to leave my beloved high heels at home and go for flats. Both, my Sensi Studio straw hat and the Cult Gaia sandals in black go perfectly with my oversized pink blazer from H&M. To underline my waistline and support my silhouette I combined it with a Gucci waist belt. Warm summer days are not only perfect for straw accessories like my Sensi Studio straw bag – which matches my hat – in combination with Tote Le Chiquito Mini bag from Jacquemus but also for miniskirts like the one I am wearing which is a Prabal Gurung mini leather skirt.
This look would be perfect for a dinner date at one of my favorite holiday destinations Santorini which I hope I’ll be able to be going back to some time soon.
For a business meeting I would recommend to go all black and beef up your look with not only a pink blazer but also colour matching pumps. I based my look on a double-breasted oversize coat from The Attico in pink which I combined with a Saint Laurent stretch knit stirrup leggings in black, a black oversize t-shirt with shoulder pads from H&M and a matching Dolce Gabbana waist belt. To top the look off I combined it with Square Knife pumps in neon pink from Balenciaga, Kate cat-eye sunglasses from Saint Laurent, a Saint Laurent Monogram Clutch in black and a Tiffany City HardWear necklace in sterling silver. This look is amazingly classy yet making a bold and fashionable statement via the long pink blazer and the matching pumps. I am especially fond of the pink blazer’s cut which is not very common and makes this blazer a great statement piece.
For those of you who love the cycling shorts trend I would recommend to go for a pink blazer with an oversized cut. It underlines your slim silhouette and makes this look come across smart casual yet absolutely on trend. I based my look on a pink blazer by Jacquemus. Its texture and structure are so lovely and make this piece super unique as well as a great summer wardrobe essential. I combined it with black cycling shorts my H&M and a matching tank top by James Perse. With this look I already wanted to go a little bolder and styled it with Square Knife pumps in neon pink from Balenciaga as well as a colour matching Mini Birkin Bag by Hermès.
The more you get used to the pink blazer trend the bolder you might want to get. As you can imagine I am already head over heels therefore I couldn’t resist and also went for a head-to-toe pink look. My partner in crime for this look is Valentino as my pink blazer, my shorts as well as the silk blouse with a bow are all coming from this fashionable maison. My Square Knife pumps in neon pink from Balenciaga could of course not not go with this great ensemble. I topped this look off with Saint Laurent Kate cat-eye sunglasses, Saint Laurent earrings with a heart and YSL letters and my Bottega Veneta Clutch the Pouch with Zebra pattern. Both sunglasses and handbag break with the all pink look which I think is visually super intriguing.
I somehow feel that currently we all long for brightness and uplifting spirits and I hope that some of you dare to go for a pink blazer this summer to spread some positive vibes with this great colour!
