The Vetements raincoat is the perfect fashion piece to get soon, having the long bright summer days slowly disappearing and having more rainy days coming up. This long white Vetements raincoat keeps you dry from your head to your feet. And that’s not all, it looks really funky and it is a definite eye-catcher. And you never have to worry that nobody sees you on a darker day, the white shines everywhere. Here you can see me wearing it in partner look with a friend and newcomer blogger Thomas Stuch, who is wearing the black counterpart by the same label.

Vetements caught a lot of attention recently through their cool and unconventional looks. The young label is made up from a design team from Düsseldorf and Paris and Demna Gvasalia, who is known through his amazing creations for Balenciaga, is the creative director. Vetements doesn’t only create fashion pieces they want to question the society by stating political statements. What is society and who or what defines it? I like the idea of not only going with the flow but questioning life once in a while.

My Vetements raincoat with a hood has the labels logo printed on the back in big black letters. It is big and simple so it really can fit over any outfit. Underneath I am wearing a white printed Vetements hoodie with part of the phrase “you fuck´n asshole” – a rocky hoodie that should make people laugh when they see it, or address them if they deserve it! The destroyed, high waist Adriano Goldschmied jeans are perfect for my black and white look. And they underline the rocky and more unconventional style. My black and white So Kate pumps cannot miss in this picture, going along so well with this look. To bring just a little color and glamour into the Vetements look I am carrying my yellow golden lacquer boy bag from Chanel. The bright color reminds the sun to come out again and I love the contrast of rocky and chic fashion pieces. A last piece of glamour is my golden ring from Schubart with baguette diamonds.

The Vetements raincoat is a great piece for rainy days or for stating a fashion statement during a dry day, try it out and see what happens.
