WERBUNG – In Collaboration with IWC Watches
IWC watches have been decorating my wrists so beautifully for the past three years, since we started our beautiful business relation. But it has grown to be much more! There is a real friendship between us and I love working with the lovely team and to represent their precious watches.
Founded in 1868 by the American pioneer watchmaker Florentine Ariosto Jones in Schaffhausen, the story of IWC watches began. The IWC- watch family – Pilot’s watches, Portugieser, Ingenieur, Aquatimer, Da Vinci and Portofino – follow a long tradition. The skills of innovations and modern engineering result in robust watches for every day, professional sporty models up to luxurious Haute Horlogerie. I can only recommend to have a closer look at their stunning collection – each piece is a masterpiece and fits each individual. In this outfit you can even see me wearing two different models – a sporty and an elegant one.
As you all know my love and passion in creating new styles, here I am showing you a look that I transformed into two different ones.
To start of I will present you the evening look, wearing this stunning blue silk dress from Valentino, covered with small black dévoré polka dots. I love the flattering wrap silhouette, the flowing skirt and the blouson sleeves – they make the dress fly so elegantly around my body. The iconic watch, the Portofino Automatic was designed in this wonderful puristic and timeless way and it goes beautifully with this playful dress. A little extra this special watch offers is the engraving on the back showing the unique panorama as you enter the harbor of Portofino by ship.
The red shoes are my heels from Gianvito Rossi, a flashy pair that compliments so many outfits – these ones I also choose to wear casual with jeans or elegant with a fancy dress.
To transform the look into a bit more casual style I slipped into this cozy long red cardigan from The Row. It loosens up the outfit and gives it a little sporty touch. Just as my next amazing watch from IWC – the Portugieser Chronograph – a big watch with a robust appearance – decorated with Feuille-clocks and Arabic numbers.
My red Gucci Marmont backpack works for both combinations – it is sporty on one side and elegant on the other.
The red Céline sunglasses complete my outfit and round up a great style mix.
By the way, every single lovely piece in my outfit is from my favorite store in Zurich – Trois Pommes. The founder and owner Trudie Götz opened the first Trois Pommes store in Liestal close to Basel in 1973 – on three floors – that’s where the name comes from. She was a pioneer in combining luxurious brands in one store and that’s where her success started. Her vision totally worked out – she hosts beautiful multi- and monobrands in shops in Basel, Zurich, St. Moritz and Gstaad and has loyal clients from all over the world – just like me. Her expertise and the professional consultation are amazing – be sure to visit one of her stores when you`re around.
