Yellow Mania breaks out especially during the summer time – when the days start with bright sunshine and end with warm temperatures in the evenings. I love the time when you can just spend most of the hours outside and enjoy dinner on your terrace or in a nice beer garden with friends. Or enjoy a lovely holiday like I did in Mauritius for some days.

Nothing against cuddling up under a warm blanket during wintertime – but summer is just a happy season, where people are laughing outside and enjoying all activities that aren’t possible during the colder days.

Yellow is the color of the sun and it spreads so much joy and good vibes. It is a very positive tone that brightens up my mood – Yellow Mania really got me.

So why not go for a bright yellow look? I’d like to share this happy color in this cool outfit with you. The combination you can see me wearing in this image is a short dress from Airfield with a matching jacket. It fits wonderfully into the beautiful island Mauritius but the great thing is that this outfit works for summer and for winter. You always have the choice to wear it with or without the matching jacket.

The dress has a sexy zipper up the front that I like to leave open just a tiny bit on the top. The cool thing about this look is that it’s sexy due to the length and it’s cut quite tight but it has this sporty touch to it, through the grey sweatshirt fabric on it. I love the cute hoodie on the blazer, it makes this combination so multifunctional.

To go with it I am wearing my Christian Louboutin heels with hand scribbled writing from the designer himself. My handbag is a vintage Louis Vuitton piece that I have in my collection. A perfect cool piece for this look. The sunglasses are from Le Specs, against the sun and the bright yellow color of my outfit. There are not many extras needed to this look – the combination stands for itself quite well.
