There aren’t many colors as uplifting and positive as a bright and striking yellow. I can’t help myself but directly have to think about sunshine, warmth and happiness when envisioning or seeing this color. Luckily, it is one of this spring/summer seasons must have colors and therefore, I experimented a little and came up with a great yellow trend look based on a few amazing pieces by PETER HAHN. As 1st garment of my look I picked a yellow MYBC by PETER HAHN ankle jeans. The colorway is a little lighter yellow which makes this pair of jeans easy to combine with other tones of yellow and the ankle length cut is simply perfect for the spring season ahead. I combined this pair of jeans with a yellow Looxent by PETER HAHN pullover that somehow reminds me of a sunflower due to its powerful and warm color tone.
As spring is still hiding behind the next corner I thought it’s smart to add another layer to this look via a yellow leather coat from Milestone by PETER HAHN. This coat is nothing but an eyecatcher and due to his delicate fabric a very special piece.
Talking about delicate fabrics – PETER HAHN is known for classic yet contemporary as well as top-quality items for sophisticated women which is reflected within the outstanding fabrics their garments are made of. Their philosophy is built on the belief that less is more when it comes to the consumption of fashion therefore they focus on producing garments of excellent quality made to last. I can definitely say that the items I used to create my yellow trend look are delivering to this credo to the fullest being a joy to wear due to their quality and classic yet contemporary designs.
The length of the MYBC by PETER HAHN ankle jeans goes perfectly with any kind of shoe – I chose orange slingback-pumps from The Attico to make this look a little more dressy. If you like it a bit more casual I somehow feel that a nice pair of loafers would go perfectly with this outfit. I topped the look off with a 28 Hermes Kelly bag in a color matching orange tone and knotted a Hermes silk scarf to the handle of the bag.
I know that an outfit serving my enthusiasm for monochrome looks as well as the upcoming yellow trend is very bold even for those of you who are brave enough to go all in when it comes to new trends. Therefore, I chose the items I combined for this look in a way so they can also easily work in combination with other colors. Maybe you start your yellow trend journey by adding a lovely pair of yellow ankle jeans to your wardrobe and over time – who knows – you might discover your love for this amazing color and embrace it by adding more yellow pieces to your collection.
As a great fan of the color yellow and the currently upcoming yellow trend I can only encourage you to discover the yellow side of fashion life and am looking forward to seeing many of you adding a little sunshine to their looks.
