A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of welcoming the team from KAISERPLATZ – SCHÖNES WOHNEN into my home. My kitchen was really in need of an organizing makeover and when it comes to HOME ORGANIZATION, Kati Möller and Elna-Margret zu Bentheim are the experts. KAISERPLATZ – SCHÖNES WOHNEN is a Düsseldorf based home Organizing company which was founded by Kati Möller and Elna-Margret zu Bentheim. They, alongside thir team provide a professional service which covers all aspects and areas of your home. They also have a website where you can personally purchase a whole variety of products to get you started on your home organizing journey. As I have never experienced such a service before, I really didn’t know what to expect. However, I can say that with the service provided I couldn’t imagine to have achieved such a wonderfully organized kitchen space.

 The first step of the process started with Kati and I discussing my daily kitchen routine. KAISERPLATZ – SCHÖNES WOHNEN like to ensure that the HOME ORGANIZATION service they provide is tailored and personally suited to each of their clients individual needs. Questions such as, what is the first thing i do in the morning and which appliances I use the most, help to give the team a better understanding of what my rhythm in the kitchen is. KAISERPLATZ – SCHÖNES WOHNEN use boxes and appliances by iDesign and Rotho  which come in all different shapes and sizes to help store products more efficiently.

After our discussion we started to organize my supply cabinet. The team began to remove all of the products found in my cupboard, this way they are able to start the organizing process with a blank canvas which is highly effective. Based on my wish, we stored all of my herbs, spices, oils and vinegars into tall glass bottles which were then placed in the door of the cupboard. This method was perfect as we were able to make full use of the height of the door. What I especially like are the custom labels which are placed on all of the boxes and bottles used. The label enables me to know exactly what is being stored inside the container along with the products expiry date.

Kati’s favourite drawer to organize was for my tea storage, she said she has never before had the pleasure to organise a drawer specifically just for tea. As I have such a large variety, Kati was really pleased that we were able to place all of my tea into just one area. I love how neat and tidy this drawer looks and how easy accessible my tea is now. As my HOME ORGANIZATION was very cluttered we focused on bringing things that are naturally used together closer to each other. So, next to the sink we placed related items like cloths of all kinds e.g. which we also put in handy boxes that you can pull out for optimal storage space usage.

I am really happy with my newly organized kitchen and can only recommend to all of you to get involved, it has made my life so much easier!
